It has a strawberry cream and a vanilla cream that you put into a piping bag (provided) and decorate your ice cream cones and cakes. My granddaughter loved the taste of these, and I think this was her favorite tasting one. The kit also comes with wafers, cones, and sprinkles.
You are going to want to make your cut in the piping bag to make the opening as small as possible . The smaller the piping bag hole the neater the decorating process. If the hole is too big the icing just sort of plops out of the bag onto the cake and ice cream. Some people use a toothpick to make the hole.
